  - 自动诊断结论生成
  - 明细指标+改善建议

- 前端 GrowthQuality.vue 组件
  - 综合评分大字展示
  - 五维度评分条 + 状态颜色
  - ECharts雷达图
  - 明细下钻弹窗(指标+建议)
  - 双实体并列对比(VS模式)

- 集成到 Dashboard.vue CEO驾驶舱视图
