Hermes CI Fix a67f4b688f feat(receivables): customer-level rows only + register hanke_ar as balance snapshot batch 
ASK-20261001-33: api_receivables counts only rows with a non-blank counterparty (monthly aggregate rows stay in table but out of the collection page cards/aging/detail/owners); BALANCE_SNAPSHOT_SOURCES gains hanke_ar (default skip, no per-customer overdue alerts). New pytest file covers aggregate-row exclusion, e2 baseline digitwise, snapshot registration.

wecom-fullstack 885cfddbff feat(warning-p0a): 资金缺口阈值外置 + 复算对拍 + 讲人话(数字守恒) + 数据就绪核验
ci/woodpecker/push/main Pipeline failed
Details 
P0-A（任务 fullstack-20261017-warning-capability-build-p0）：
- cash_thresholds.py：阈值迁 per-entity（复用 alert_rules.rule_type=cash_gap_threshold，
  默认 20/10 万不动；无配置/非法/异常一律回落默认，fail-safe 不改预警行为）
- cash_forecast_engine.py：阈值改从配置读取，响应新增 threshold_source 明写来源
- verify_cash_gap_replay.py：同输入双跑逐字段 diff=0 + 手算 3/3 + 端点逐字段对拍(--live)
- cash_gap_narrative.py：复用 ai_brief.call_deepseek，只写原因/建议；
  断言生成文本数字集合 ⊆ 规则层数字集合，违例即不带文案上线
- audit_warning_data_readiness.py：G0 只读核验（cma_reader SELECT only），
  行数/期间/枚举 + 数据质量缺口（期初全 0、负期末、单批次、无员工维度表）

未 push（push 即部署，须项目侧书面放行）；未改生产库/未动 cron。

Hermes CI Fix 1da0a74568 fix(h2-forecast): 预估区残余读路径 P2 收口（3 类 6 处） 
任总 2026-10-02 11:35 直令「对外 /api/cma/** 读 KPIValue 默认只取实测区」同族残余
（ac4bbc6 范围外的 3 类 6 处）。6 处一律引 app.utils.kpi_value_scope.actual_only_clause()，
零新写字面量口径：
- customer_dashboard.py:76    年视图汇总（预估禁与实测相加）
- budget.py:260               按去年实绩加权派生基数（批量 auto-decompose）
- budget.py:333               同上（单 KPI auto-decompose）
- cash_forecast_engine.py:204 get_entity_kpi_history 历史/趋势序列
- cash_forecast_engine.py:259 get_current_cash_balance 最新值
- cash_forecast_engine.py:471 calculate_accuracy 实际值序列（预测输入）

证据：同脚本双树 A/B 15/15（改前 5/15，真库 kpi-forecast history 去掉 2026-H2、
next_target 336.32→250.99）；分类计数 33/41/9/3 → 39 covered/38 period_guarded/9 write/0 unguarded；
pytest 3 failed/1529 passed，失败集与基线逐条同 ID。不 push / 不部署 / 不重启 / 不写库。

wecom-fullstack 0c2e57a4cf fix(cma): 工作台跨实体污染治本 — 全局键拆账套 + 缺列收口 + 预警归属兜底 
任务 dama-workbench-entity-isolation-fullstack-20260922（DAMA 诊断 / 项目Bot batch5 §B / 任总 2026-09-22「都批」）

B1 现金基线拆账套（零 DDL）
- cash_forecast_engine: 键 cash.current_balance → cash.current_balance.<entity_id>；
  读只读本账套键、不做旧键回退；set_* 签名 entity_id 必传（漏传 TypeError）
- cash.py: POST /balance 挂 get_entity_id；网银流水联动写回带账套
B3(a) alignment_config 拆账套（零 DDL）
- alignment.py: GET/POST /config、GET /tree 只读 alignment_config.<entity_id>；未配置=configured:false
B3(b) 预警 KPI 归属兜底
- bot_bridge_v2: 去掉 kpi_id or 1 兜底；本账套无 KPI 定义 → 跳过建预警 + OperationLog 留痕
  （kpi_alerts.kpi_id NOT NULL ⇒ 方案A 置 NULL 不可行，走方案B 跳过+审计）
B2 缺列五表分表处置
- notification_logs: 经 alert_id → kpi_alerts.entity_id join 归属（无父键行不返回）
- notification_channels / okr_templates: 集团共享口径写入 docstring（有意不过滤）
- system_configs: 由 B1/B3(a) 拆键覆盖；kpi_data_quality_logs 沿用 batch5 的 join 收口
P0 语义收敛
- tenant.py: current_tenant 收敛为项目Bot A2A 状态记录，GET 仅 it/ceo；POST 补 operation_logs 审计
证据：新增/改写用例 22 条；全量 1370 passed（基线 1348）

Hermes CI Fix 3beec14d96 fix(alerts): enforce caliber rulings R1-R4 for alert generation 
R1: exclude status=demo entities from alert traversal (alert_generator / deviation_engine / kpi_bep_deriver / alert_rules / cash engine)

R2: only generate alerts within the last 6 calendar months (incl. current)

R3: only regular month periods (YYYY-MM) participate

R4: decouple generation from push - empty notification_channels never blocks

Single source of truth: app/utils/alert_entity_scope.py

Hermes CI Fix 4225332aaf fix(cma): scope alert list and alert locate to alert row entity_id; attach cash-balance suffix candidates to forecast baseline 
- alerts list: filter KPIAlert.entity_id (was KPIDefinition.entity_id via join) -> entity2 225->223, rows 589/590 no longer leak into entity2 workspace

- resolve/process/escalate/create-action-plan: same row-level scope (4 sites)

- get_current_cash_balance: pass KPI_CODE_SUFFIXES[cash_balance] -> entity2 hits BH_CASH_BALANCE(434), entity6 hits DEMO_CASH_BALANCE(468)

no data changes; no SystemConfig fallback change; no period ordering change

Hermes CI Fix 59e65a68b9 fix(alerts): cash_plan 到期未收款预警引擎修复 — entity归属/KPI实体感知/余额快照批次/去重刷新/端点鉴权 (dama-cashplan-alert-engine-fix-20260913) 
F1 两处 KPIAlert 显式写 entity_id（列默认 1 → 博海预警错挂酣客）；顺带修 deviation_engine/
   alert_generator/deviation_push/bot_bridge/bot_bridge_v2 同表创建点
F2 KPI 选择实体感知：候选码 ∪ 实体前缀后缀码（_AR_BALANCE/_CASH_BALANCE/_AP_BALANCE）
   + 兜底 ORDER BY id（此前命中 uk_entity_kpi 必中 BH_ADM_EXPENSE 437 管理费用）
F3 去重命中改为刷新 alert_message/等级/suggestion.days_late/归属（此前 continue → 文本冻结首版）
F4 余额快照批次（bohai_*_20260630 / receivables_migrate）开关：默认 skip 不逐户，另备
   aggregate(按批次聚合1条) / per_customer(旧行为)
F5 POST /api/cma/admin/alerts/check 补鉴权（无 token 401）+ 可选 entity_id 只跑指定账套

Hermes CI Fix 240a9fa899 fix: 应收预警重复生成Bug — 按plan_id去重替代全文匹配 
根因: 到期未收款预警消息含'已逾期X天'动态文本, _exists()按全文匹配
  每天逾期天数变化→消息不同→去重永远失败→每天生成重复预警(68条)

修复: 到期未收款循环改为按plan_id查已有pending预警去重
验证: 连续触发2次均新增0条

附带修复:
- 清理159条金额单位错误预警(元→万元, 40980万→4.1万)
- 删除137条budget_sync虚拟收付款计划
- 作废129条孤儿预警(指向已删除plan)
- 清理68条重复预警

- 新增8个测试文件(bot_bridge/kpi_causality/cash/predict/reports/tax_compliance/expenses/probe_cost)
- 增强 budget/auth/users + conftest账套模式适配
- 测试驱动修复: bot_bridge导入batch_id→source_batch; cash_forecast extra空dict
