fix(security): retire default-credential surface (yanxue-20260914-cma-defaultcred-code-fix)
- Login.vue: no prefilled default creds; no anonymous entity enumeration on mount
- deploy.sh: readiness polling (0.5s/30s cap) replaces fixed sleep 3; login smoke reads same-source 600 secret file, missing file = explicit abort
- 19 verify/check/gen_report scripts: shared _admin_creds() loader (CMA_ADMIN_ENV -> ops .secrets -> profile copy); no hardcoded creds
- tests: single TEST_USER_PASSWORD fixture constant; docs: pointer to 600 secret file; removed 4 legacy .bak + pycache residue

feat: OpenCode执行层试点 — 补测试5个 + list_objectives隔离修复
- OpenCode执行模式: 补 test_maps.py 5个测试(create_objective/snapshot隔离/entity注入/跨企业)
- OpenCode诚实标注: list_objectives 后端漏entity过滤 → 修复(跨企业返回空)
- 记忆层闭环: Hermes验证(pytest 536 passed) + 技能已更新(opencode-independent-review 双角色)
- 执行层试点验证: OpenCode能写代码+发现后端缺口, 最小闭环跑通

test: pytest测试框架 + API测试
- 测试框架：SQLite内存数据库，每个测试自动建表/清理
- auth测试：登录/注册/token验证（6个用例）
- kpis测试：增删改查+重复编码检查（6个用例）
- maps测试：创建/编辑/发布/连线/同维度限制（6个用例）
- 后端修复：KPI创建时检查编码唯一性（原为数据库抛500）
