<p>上周我把Hermes Desktop升级，装上官方Bot Mode插件。左侧栏多出一栏"Bots"——我原来的researcher、coder、reviewer三个Profile，自动变成了三个具名Bot，有头像、有职责、有记忆，什么都没重建。</p>

|
|
<p>官方原话很直白：Bot就是Profile穿了制服。一个Bot本质是一个Hermes Profile，不是新格式。以前你开多个Profile，得靠自己记"这个负责写码、那个负责查资料"；现在它们变成左侧一排具名Bot，各自的SOUL、memory、skills、MCP、聊天历史完全隔离。你半年积累的人格和记忆，一夜之间成了"员工档案"。</p>

<p>三个动作真正拉开了差距。第一，按Bot锁模型：每个Bot单独pin一个provider和model，研究Bot挂前沿模型、编码Bot挂代码强模型、收件Bot挂本地小模型跑晨间邮件归纳。第二，Bot-to-Bot转交：在主聊天@reviewer，任务塞进它的Bot Chat，回完再把结论带回主线程。第三，Routine变成岗位班次：每个Bot挂自己的cron，reviewer每天9点跑测试汇总、researcher每天下午拉竞品changelog，结果直接进自己的聊天历史。以前是"我提醒Agent干活"，现在是"这岗本来就该这个点交班"。</p>

<p>最忌讳的是一口气建七八个Bot——群聊有硬上限，每回合最多10条、连续最多3轮，否则token全烧在它们互相等回复上。建议起步三个：coder开文件开终端，禁生产写权限；reviewer只读代码跑测试看日志；researcher挂搜索和本地笔记，专门出带来源的简报。</p>

<p>回到Sessions模式那晚，我翻了旧对话：47个长得一模一样的窗口，谁干过啥全靠回忆。那不叫多Agent，那叫健忘症分组。</p>

|
|
<p>Bot Mode没让模型变聪明，它只做了一件事：把"谁该干什么、记住了什么、该调什么工具"钉死在一个身份上。这一步迈完，Hermes才从"高级终端助手"变成"你桌上那几个不辞职的同事"。</p>

|
|
<p>身份即边界，边界即职责，职责即班次——多Agent的真相，是把分工钉死，而不是开一堆长得一样的窗口。</p>
